’Ya’yan Itatuwa Da Mai Shirin Aure Ya Kamata Ya Ringa Ci Kafin Ya Tare Da Amarya

Lokacin da namiji ke shirin aure, lafiyar jikinsa, ƙarfin zuciyarsa da kuzarin sa suna da matuƙar muhimmanci.

Abinci, musamman ’ya’yan itatuwa, na taka rawa sosai wajen:
ƙara kuzari
ƙarfafa jini
inganta lafiyar jiki
da taimakawa jiki ya kasance cikin shiri
Ga wasu daga cikin mafi muhimmanci ’ya’yan itatuwa da ya kamata mai shirin aure ya rika ci.

  1. Ayaba (Banana)
    Ayaba tana:
    ƙara kuzari
    ƙarfafa tsoka
    taimakawa jijiyoyin jiki
    Tana da potassium da bitamin B wanda ke taimaka wa jiki ya kasance cikin ƙarfi da natsuwa.
  2. Tuffa (Apple)
    Tuffa na:
    tsaftace jini
    ƙarfafa zuciya
    rage gajiya
    Yana taimakawa jiki ya zama mai sauƙin motsi da jurewa.
  3. Gwanda (Papaya)
    Gwanda na:
    taimaka wa narkewar abinci
    inganta jini
    tsaftace hanji
    Idan jiki yana aiki da kyau, mutum yakan ji sauƙi da kuzari.
  4. Kankana (Watermelon)
    Kankana tana:
    ƙara ruwa a jiki
    taimaka wa jini ya gudana
    rage zafi da gajiya
    Hakan na taimaka wa jiki ya kasance cikin yanayi mai kyau.
  5. Dabino (Dates)
    Dabino na:
    ƙara ƙarfin jiki
    ƙarfafa kashi da jini

    Annabi (SAW) ya karfafa cin dabino saboda fa’idodinsa.
  6. Goro da dabino busasshe (Dry fruits)
    Kamar:
    almond
    walnut
    raisins
    Suna:
    ƙarfafa kwakwalwa
    ƙara kuzari
    taimaka wa jijiyoyi
  7. Lemu da Mangwaro
    Suna da bitamin C wanda ke:
    ƙara kariya ga jiki
    ƙarfafa jini
    rage kamuwa da cuta

  8. Mai shirin aure ya kamata ya:
    kula da abincinsa
    yawaita cin ’ya’yan itatuwa
    rage shan lemo mai sukari da abinci mai mai
    Jiki mai lafiya yana taimakawa aure ya fara da natsuwa, kuzari da kwanciyar hankali.
