Yau Zan Faɗa Muku: Cuttetuka 5 Da Zakayi Bankwana Dasu Idan Kana Saduwa Da Matanka Da Safe

Saduwa da matarka da safe ba wai alamun soyayya ba ne kawai, yana da tasiri na lafiya ga ma’aurata. Masana lafiya sun tabbatar da cewa akwai manyan amfanin jikin mutum idan ana yin hakan cikin tsafta da doka.

A rayuwar aure, akwai abubuwa da dama da saduwa da safe ke taimaka wa jikin mutum.

Ga wasu daga cikin cututtuka guda biyar da za a iya ragewa ko bankwana da su idan saduwa ta zama dabi’a da safe:

1. Stress (Damuwa/Ƙunci):
Saduwa da safe na taimakawa wajen sakin sinadaran dopamine da oxytocin, wanda ke ƙarfafa natsuwa, rage gajiya, da sa farin ciki tun daga safiya. Wannan yana kareka daga stress da damuwa.

2. High Blood Pressure (Hawan Jini):
Masana sun gano cewa saduwa da safe na rage hawan jini, saboda yana taimaka wa zuciya ta dinga aiki yadda ya kamata kuma na rage tashin hankali.

3. Heart Disease (Cututtukan Zuciya):
Yin saduwa na inganta jini da yanayin zuciya, har zai iya rage samu da wasu cututtukan zuciya (cardiovascular diseases) domin yana motsa jiki kamar exercise.

4. Weak Immunity (Raguwar Garkuwar Jiki):
Masu saduwa da matansu a kai a kai (musamman da safe) suna da karfin garkuwar jiki (immunity), saboda yana ƙarfafa sinadaran da ke kare jikin mutum daga ƙwayoyin cuta.

5. Insomnia (Rashin Barci):
Saduwa da safe na sa nutsewa da kwanciyar hankali, wanda ke taimaka wa mutum samun barci mai kyau daga dare mai zuwa. Idan an kasance da annashuwa da safe, barcin dare yana kara inganci.


Yakamata Ku Sani
Lafiya tana da muhimmanci a rayuwar ma’aurata.

Saduwa da matanka da safe ba wai soyayya ba kawai, har da kariya daga cututtuka da dama.

Ka girmama iyalinka, ka tsaftace, ka kula da lafiyar zuciya, ka zamo mai gaskiya da rikon amana a fuskar aure. Ka tuna, lafiya jari ce!
