Mutane da dama suna tambaya:

idan maniyyi ya taru ya yi nauyi, shin akwai hanyar zubarsa ba tare da zina ko istimina’i ba?

Amsar ita ce eh, akwai hanyoyi na halitta da na lafiya da addini bai haramta ba.


Gargadi: Wannan bayani na ilimi ne, ba ya ƙarfafa zina ko istimina’i, kuma ana ba da shawarar bin hanya ta halal da lafiya.

  1. Mafarki Mai Fitar Maniyi (Wet Dream)
    Wannan ita ce hanya mafi sani:
    Yana faruwa ba tare da nufi ba yayin barci.
    Halal ne a Musulunci, babu laifi.
    Jiki na yin hakan ne domin daidaita hormones da rage taruwar maniyyi.
  2. Aure da Kusanci na Halal
    Ga wanda ya yi aure:
    Kusanci na halal shi ne mafi inganci wajen fitar maniyyi.
    Yana kare mutum daga damuwa, zunubi, da matsalolin lafiya.
  3. Rage Abubuwan da Ke Tayar da Sha’awa
    Don rage taruwar maniyyi:
    Ka guji kallon abubuwan tayar da sha’awa.
    Ka rage yawan zama kai kaɗai ba tare da aiki ba.
    Ka kula da abinci mai kyau (rage yaji da abubuwan tayar da sha’awa).
  4. Motsa Jiki (Exercise)
    Motsa jiki na taimaka wa jiki ya sarrafa hormones.
    Yana rage matsin sha’awa da taruwar maniyyi.
    Hakan na iya sa mafarki mai fitar maniyyi ya faru cikin sauƙi.
  5. Azumi
    Azumi na rage sha’awa kamar yadda Annabi (SAW) ya yi nuni.
    Yana taimaka wa jiki da zuciya su samu daidaito.
  6. Shawarar Likita (Idan Ya Zama Dole)
    Idan mutum na fama da:
    Zafi a ƙugu
    Nauyin maniyyi mai tsanani
    Rashin barci ko damuwa mai yawa
    Yana da kyau a ga likita domin duba lafiyar hormones ko prostate.
    Abubuwan da Ya Kamata a Guje wa
    Istimina’i (a ra’ayin malamai da dama haram ne).
    Duk wata hanya da ke kusantar zina.
    Amfani da magunguna ba tare da shawarar likita ba.
    A Taƙaice
    Jiki na da tsarin da Allah ya halitta don daidaita maniyyi. Mafarki, aure, azumi, da kula da kai su ne hanyoyi mafi aminci da halal. Kada a shiga abin da zai jefa mutum cikin laifi ko cutarwa.
