Mutane da yawa suna tunanin cewa domin namiji ya iya jima’i na tsawon lokaci dole sai ya yi amfani da magunguna ko wasu kayan ƙara ƙarfi.

Amma a gaskiya, akwai hanyoyi na halitta da namiji zai iya amfani da su domin ya ƙara juriya a lokacin saduwa ba tare da wata illa ga lafiyarsa ba.

Ga wasu hanyoyi masu muhimmanci:

1. Sarrafa numfashi yayin saduwa

Tsoro ko damuwa kan sa wasu maza yin inzali da wuri.

Koyon yadda za a kwantar da hankali da jin daɗin lokacin saduwa ba tare da matsin lamba ba yana taimakawa sosai.

A ƙarshe, tsawaita lokaci a jima’i ba sai da magunguna ba ne.

Sau da yawa canza halaye da koyon dabaru na halitta ne mafi aminci kuma mafi amfani ga rayuwar aure.
