Shin Da Gaske Yin Jima’i Sau 21 A Wata Yana Tsawaita Rayuwar Namiji? Ga Abin da Kimiyya Ta Ce

A kwanakin nan ana yawan jin wani zance cewa: “Yin jima’i sau 21 a wata yana sa namiji ya rayu har shekara 90.”

Wannan magana ta ja hankalin mutane da yawa, amma yana da muhimmanci mu fahimci abin da binciken kimiyya ke cewa a zahiri.

Daga ina wannan zancen ya fito?

Wasu binciken lafiya sun nuna cewa yawan kusanci tsakanin ma’aurata na iya taimakawa lafiyar jiki da kwakwalwa.

Yin jima’i na taimakawa:

Rage damuwa (stress)

Ƙarfafa zuciya da jini

Ƙara kusanci da soyayya tsakanin ma’aurata

Amma babu wani bincike da ya tabbatar kai tsaye cewa adadi na musamman kamar sau 21 a wata zai sa mutum ya rayu zuwa wata takamaiman shekara.

Abin da ya fi muhimmanci fiye da adadi

Masana lafiya sun fi jaddada cewa:

Lafiyar jiki gaba ɗaya

Abinci mai kyau

Motsa jiki

Rage damuwa

Zaman lafiya a aure

su ne manyan abubuwan da ke taimakawa tsawon rai.

Jima’i yana iya zama ɓangare na rayuwa mai lafiya, amma ba shi kaɗai ne ke ƙayyade tsawon rayuwa ba.

Amfanin jima’i ga ma’aurata

Idan ana yin sa cikin natsuwa da yardar juna, jima’i na iya:

1. Ƙara soyayya da haɗin kai

2. Inganta lafiyar zuciya

3. Rage tashin hankali

4. Ƙara jin daɗin rayuwa

Maganar cewa yin jima’i sau 21 a wata zai sa namiji ya rayu zuwa shekara 90 ƙari ne na jan hankali, ba ƙa’ida ta kimiyya ba.

Amma babu shakka cewa kusanci mai kyau tsakanin ma’aurata na da amfani ga lafiya da farin ciki.

Abin da ya fi muhimmanci shi ne daidaito, lafiya, da zaman lafiya a aure.
