Aure rahama ne daga Allah, kuma jima’i a tsakanin ma’aurata ba wai biyan buƙatar sha’awa kaɗai ba ne, har ila yau yana da matuƙar amfani ga lafiyar jiki da ta zuciya.
Masana lafiya sun tabbatar da cewa jima’i cikin tsari da natsuwa yana taimakawa wajen kare mutum daga wasu cututtuka da kuma rage damuwa.

- Rage Hawan Jini
Bisa bayanai daga masana kimiyya, jima’i tsakanin ma’aurata:
Yana taimakawa wajen daidaita bugun zuciya
Yana rage matsin jini (blood pressure) idan yana hauhawa

A rika cin abinci mai ƙarfafa jiki
A rika hutawa yadda ya kamata
A guji yawan gajiya da damuwa
A rika kusanci cikin soyayya da fahimta
Jima’i a aure ibada ce idan aka yi ta da niyya mai kyau, kuma tana da fa’ida mai yawa ga lafiya. Ba abin kunya ba ne, illa kyauta ce daga Allah ga ma’aurata domin samun kwanciyar hankali da lafiya.
