Muhimmancin Saduwar Aure Sau 3 A Rana

Wasu suna ganin saduwa sau ɗaya ko biyu a mako ta isa. Amma shin kun san akwai amfani idan aka yi sau uku a rana? Wannan labari zai buɗe muku idanu.

GARGADI: Ga ma’aurata ne kawai (18+)


Wasu na ganin cewa yin jima’i sau da yawa a rana bai da amfani ba. Amma a gaskiya, akwai fa’idodi masu yawa idan an yi shi cikin daidaito da tsabta.

Amma ka tuna: Wannan ya dace ne kawai idan:

  • ✅ Akwai ƙarfi
  • ✅ Akwai lafiya
  • ✅ Akwai yarda daga bangarorin biyu – namiji da mace

Amfanin Saduwar Aure Sau Uku A Rana


1. Ƙarfafa Jiki Da Jijiyoyi

Jima’i na taimakawa wajen motsa jiki ta dabi’a. Idan aka yi sau da yawa, musamman sau uku a rana:

  • Yana motsa jini
  • Yana ƙara ƙarfin jijiyoyi
  • Yana taimaka wa jiki ya kasance cikin ƙoshin lafiya

Kamar kana zuwa gym ne – amma a shimfiɗa!


2. Rage Damuwa (Stress)

Lokacin da ma’aurata suka kusanci juna da soyayya, jiki yana sakin hormones masu muhimmanci:

  • Oxytocin – hormone na soyayya
  • Dopamine – hormone na farin ciki

Waɗannan suna:

  • Rage damuwa
  • Kawo nutsuwa
  • Sa mutum ya fi farin ciki
  • Sa kwanciyar hankali

3. Ƙara Soyayya Da Kusanci

Jima’i ba kawai sha’awa ba ne – hanya ce ta ƙara zumunci da haɗin kai tsakanin ma’aurata.

Idan ana saduwa akai-akai, musamman sau uku a rana:

  • Zuciyoyi suna ƙara haɗuwa
  • Soyayya tana ƙaruwa
  • Fushi yana raguwa
  • Fahimtar juna tana ƙaruwa

4. Taimakawa Wajen Bacci Da Natsuwa

Bayan jima’i, jiki yana sakin sinadaran da ke sa mutum ya samu:

  • Bacci mai daɗi
  • Kwanciyar hankali
  • Hutu na gaske

Don haka yin hakan:

  • Da safe – yana sa ka fara rana da farin ciki
  • Da rana – yana rage gajiya da damuwa
  • Da dare – yana sa ka yi bacci mai zurfi

Wannan shi ne sirrin ma’aurata masu farin ciki!


5. Inganta Lafiyar Zuciya (Heart Health)

Masana sun tabbatar da cewa yin jima’i akai-akai:

  • Yana rage haɗarin kamuwa da cututtukan zuciya
  • Yana rage hawan jini
  • Yana motsa zuciya kamar yadda motsa jiki ke yi

A taƙaice: Saduwa = motsa jiki na zuciya!


6. Ƙara Garkuwar Jiki (Immunity)

Bincike ya nuna cewa mutanen da ke yin saduwa akai-akai:

  • Suna da garkuwar jiki mai ƙarfi
  • Ba sa saurin kamuwa da cuta
  • Suna warke da sauri idan sun yi rashin lafiya

7. Ƙona Kitse (Burn Calories)

Saduwa tana ƙona calories kamar motsa jiki:

  • Saduwa ɗaya tana ƙona kusan 100-200 calories
  • Sau uku a rana = 300-600 calories

Hanya mai daɗi ta rage kiba!


Yaushe Ya Dace A Yi Sau Uku?

Lura Mai Muhimmanci


1. Ba Kowa Ba Ne Ya Dace Da Sau Uku

Yin jima’i sau uku a rana bai dace da kowa ba, musamman:

  • Idan ɗaya daga cikin ma’aurata ba shi da ƙarfi
  • Idan akwai matsalar lafiya
  • Idan ɗaya bai yarda ba

Idan ba ƙarfi, sau ɗaya ma ya wadatar! 😅


2. Ku Kiyaye Tsabta

A tabbatar ana kiyaye tsabta:

  • Ku yi wanka kafin saduwa
  • Ku yi wanka bayan saduwa
  • Ku canza zanen shimfiɗa akai-akai

3. Kada Gwaji Kawai

A guji yin hakan saboda son gwaji kawai. Ya zama ana yin sa don:

  • Ƙarfafa soyayya
  • Kawo nutsuwa a aure
  • Jin daɗi tare

4. Ku Sha Ruwa

Saduwa sau uku tana sa jiki ya rasa ruwa. Ku tabbata:

Kun sha ruwa a tsakani

Kun sha ruwa kafin saduwa

Kun sha ruwa bayan saduwa

5. Ku Ci Abinci Mai Ƙarfi

Idan kuna son ku iya sau uku a rana, jikinku yana buƙatar abinci mai ƙarfi:

  • Ƙwai
  • Ayaba (banana)
  • Gyaɗa
  • Naman kaza ko kifi
  • Madara
  • Ruwan zuma (honey)

Ba tare da abinci mai kyau ba, za ku gaji da sauri.


6. Ku Saurari Jikinku

  • Idan kana jin gajiya – ka huta
  • Idan kana jin ciwo – ka tsaya
  • Idan ba ka da sha’awa – kar ka tilasta

Jikin kowa ya bambanta. Abin da ya dace da wani ba zai dace da wani ba.


Matsalolin Da Za Su Iya Faruwa Idan An Wuce Gona Da Iri

MatsalaAlamar
Gajiya mai yawaRashin ƙarfin yin wani abu
Ciwo a sassan jikiMusamman a al’aura
Rashin sha’awaJiki ya gaji
Bushewa (dryness)Musamman ga mata

Idan kun ga waɗannan alamomi, ku rage sau nawa kuke yi.


Menene Ya Fi – Inganci Ko Yawa?

Gaskiya ita ce: Inganci ya fi yawa muhimmanci.

Saduwa mai daɗi sau ɗaya ta fi saduwa mara daɗi sau uku. Kada ku bi lambar kawai – ku tabbatar kowannenku yana jin daɗi.
