Me Yasa Nake Jin Ƙishirwa Sosai Duk Da Na Sha Ruwa A Sahur?

Jin ƙishirwa mai tsanani a lokacin azumi na daga cikin matsalolin da mutane da yawa suke fuskanta.

Mutane da dama suna tunanin cewa shan ruwa mai yawa a sahur zai hana ƙishirwa, amma a zahiri akwai wasu dalilai da suke sa jiki ya rasa ruwa da wuri.

Samun isasshen bacci

Jin ƙishirwa a lokacin azumi abu ne na al’ada, amma da tsarin abinci mai kyau da shan ruwa yadda ya dace, ana iya rage wannan matsala sosai.

Kula da lafiyar jiki yana taimakawa mutum ya gudanar da azumi cikin sauƙi da ƙarfi.
