Rufa idon jin dadin kwanciyar aure alama ce ta matakin jin daɗi da mace ke samu yayin jima’i.
Koda bata sambatu ba, idan ta rufe ido, wannan alama ce cewa tana shiga cikin mataki na uku na jin dadin Ibadan aure.
Sai dai, wasu dalilai na namiji suna hana mace shiga wannan yanayi ko jin dadin kwanciyar aure sosai. Ga manyan dalilan:
1. Istimna’i (masturbation):
Yana lalata jijiyoyin gaba, yana sa gaban namiji ya zama mara ƙarfi, kuma baya iya tsayawa da kyau yayin jima’i.
2. Shan giya, taba ko kwayoyi:
Waɗannan abubuwa suna lalata jini da jijiyoyi, suna hana gaba tsayuwa yadda ya kamata ko kuma saurin kawo ruwa.
3. Cin abinci marasa kyau:
Yawan cin abinci mai kitse, sigari, ko abinci mara sinadaran ƙarfi yana rage yawan jini mai zuwa ga gaba, wanda ke haifar da rauni.
4. Rashin barci da gajiya:
Namiji mai gajiya ko wanda baya samun isasshen barci, jikin sa baya da kuzari wajen kwanciyar aure.
5. Damuwa ko tunani mai yawa (stress):
Stress yana hana kwakwalwa aika saƙo zuwa ga jijiyoyin gaba, wanda ke hana tsayuwa ko rage sha’awa.
6. Rashin jini (anaemia):
Idan jinin jiki yayi ƙasa, gaba baya samun isasshen jini don tsayuwa da ƙarfin da ake buƙata.
7. Cutar sanyi (infection):
Wasu infections suna lalata jijiyoyi ko sanyaya maraina, wanda ke hana gaba yin aiki yadda ya kamata.
8. Magungunan da ke da illa:
Wasu magunguna kamar na hawan jini, damuwa, ko ciwon suga, suna iya rage ƙarfin gaba idan ba a kula ba.
9. Rashin soyayya ko rashin motsin zuciya ga mace:
Idan zuciyar namiji bata da nutsuwa ko sha’awa ga matarsa, gaban ma baya iya aiki da ƙarfi.
10. Rashin motsa jiki da kiba:
Kiba tana hana jini yawo yadda ya kamata zuwa ga gaba, tana hana tsayuwa ko rage kuzari sosai.
Don jin dadin kwanciyar aure da ganin matarka ta rufe ido cikin jin dadin Ibadan aure, namiji yana bukatar kulawa da lafiyar jikinsa, motsa jiki, abinci mai kyau, isasshen barci, da kaucewa abubuwan da ke rage ƙarfin gaba.
