Me Yasa Kake Jin Gajiya Kullum Ko Da Ka Yi Barci Isasshe?

Mutane da yawa suna fama da gajiya mai tsanani, ko da sun kwanta barci na awa 7–8.

Wannan na iya zama alamar cewa akwai wata matsala a jiki ko salon rayuwa da ya kamata a kula da ita.

Gajiya ba wai rashin barci kaɗai ke haddasa ta ba — akwai wasu dalilai masu muhimmanci da ya kamata ka sani.

1. Rashin Isasshen Ruwa a Jiki (Dehydration)

Ko da ka sha ruwa kaɗan, jikinka na iya rasa isasshen ruwa.

Wannan na rage kuzari da sa ka ji kasala da gajiya.

Magani:
Ka tabbatar kana shan ruwa mai yawa a rana (akalla kofi 6–8).

2. Karancin Jini (Anemia)

Karancin jini na rage iskar oxygen da jiki ke samu, wanda ke haddasa gajiya, jiri, da kasala.

Alamu:

Fatar jiki ta yi laushi

Saurin gajiya

Jiri

Magani:
Cin abinci mai ƙarfe (iron) kamar wake, nama, da ganye.

3. Damuwar Rayuwa (Stress)

Yawan tunani da damuwa suna gajiyar da kwakwalwa. Ko da ka kwanta barci, zuciya da tunani ba su huta sosai ba.

Magani:

Rage yawan tunani

Yin addu’a ko meditation

Samun lokacin hutawa

4. Rashin Motsa Jiki

Zama a wuri ɗaya kullum na rage kuzari. Motsa jiki yana taimaka wa jiki ya samu ƙarfi da kuzari.

Magani:
Yin tafiya na mintuna 20–30 a rana.

5. Matsalar Thyroid

Hormones na thyroid suna sarrafa kuzarin jiki. Idan suna da matsala, zaka ji gajiya duk da barci.

Shawara:
Idan gajiyar ta yi tsanani ko ta daɗe, ka je asibiti domin gwaji.

6. Yawan Amfani da Waya da Dare

Hasken waya yana hana kwakwalwa samun hutu sosai, wanda ke sa barci ya zama ba mai inganci ba.

Magani:
Ka rage amfani da waya akalla awa 1 kafin ka kwanta.

Idan kana jin gajiya kullum duk da barci isasshe, ka duba salon rayuwarka da lafiyarka.

Wani lokaci ƙananan canje-canje ne kawai ake buƙata domin dawo da kuzari.

Idan gajiyar ta daɗe fiye da makonni biyu ko tana tare da wasu alamomi, ka nemi shawarar likita.
