Jin daɗin jima’i wani muhimmin bangare ne na aure da zamantakewar ma’aurata.

Amma wasu lokuta, maza da mata kan rasa wannan jin daɗi, wanda zai iya shafar soyayya, kusanci, da gamsuwar aure.

Fahimtar abin da ke haddasa rashin jin daɗi na taimaka wajen magance matsalar da gina aure mai ƙarfi.

  1. Rashin Shiri da Hankali
    Yin saduwa ba tare da runguma ko shafawa ba na iya sa mace ko namiji su rasa jin daɗi.
    Rashin nutsuwa da damuwa kafin ko lokacin saduwa yana rage gamsuwa.
  2. Matsalolin Lafiya
    Ciwon ciki, mahaifa, ko cututtuka na iya sa mace jin zafi yayin saduwa.
    Ga maza, matsalolin mazakuta ko rashin karfin gaban dan Adam na iya rage jin daɗi.
    Rashin isasshen ruwa a farji (lubrication) yana rage jin daɗin mace.
  3. Matsalolin Tunani da Zuciya
    Fargaba, damuwa, da rashin kwanciyar hankali na iya hana jin daɗin jima’i.
    Rashin jituwa tsakanin ma’aurata ko rashin soyayya yana rage sha’awa.
  4. Abinci da Salon Rayuwa
    Yawan shan taba, giya, ko cin abinci mai kitse da sukari yana rage kuzarin jiki da sha’awa.
    Rashin motsa jiki da kiba na iya haifar da matsalolin lafiyar jiki da kuma rage jin daɗi.
  5. Rashin Fahimtar Juna
    Idan miji da mata ba sa tattaunawa akan abin da suke so da abin da ba su so ba, yana iya haifar da rashin jin daɗi.
    Saduwa kawai ba tare da fahimtar juna ba na iya jawo rashin gamsuwa ga bangarorin biyu.
    Shawarwari Don Kara Jin Daɗi
    Yi shiri kafin saduwa – runguma, shafawa, da natsuwa.
    Kulawa da lafiyar jiki – motsa jiki, cin abinci mai gina jiki, rage giya da taba.
    Tattaunawa da abokin zama akan abubuwan da suke so da ba sa so.
    Nemi shawarwari na kwararru idan akwai matsalolin lafiya ko na tunani.
    Yin saduwa cikin ladabi da girmamawa, ba gaggawa ba.
    Yakamata Ku Sani
    Rashin jin daɗin jima’i na iya kasancewa sakamakon abubuwa da dama daga lafiya, tunani, damuwa, ko rashin fahimtar juna. Fahimtar waɗannan abubuwa da bi matakan da suka dace zai taimaka wajen gamsuwar aure, soyayya mai ɗorewa, da lafiya ta jiki da zuciya.
