    Illarsa:
    Yana bada kuzari na ɗan lokaci ne kawai
    Bayan haka sai a ji faduwar kuzari (energy crash)
    Yana iya rage sha’awar jima’i
  4. Madara Da Wasu Kayan Nonon Shanu
    Ga wasu mutane:
    Suna haifar da kumburin ciki da gas
    Hakan yana kawo rashin jin daɗi yayin kusanci
  5. Abinci Mai Yawan Yaji (Spicy Food)
    Na iya haddasa zafin ciki ko tashin zuciya
    Zai iya sa zufa da rashin natsuwa
  6. Barasa Ko Abubuwan Maye
    Ko da yake wasu na tunanin yana ƙara ƙarfin zuciya:
    Yana rage ikon jiki da natsuwa
    Yana rage ingancin jin daɗi
    A addini kuma haramun ne
    Me Ya Fi Dace A Ci? (A Taƙaice)
    Abinci mai sauƙin narkewa
    ‘Ya’yan itatuwa kamar ayaba, dabino, apple
    Ruwa mai yawa
    Abinci kaɗan amma mai ƙarfi (light meal)

    Saduwa mai daɗi ba ta dogara da sha’awa kawai ba, lafiyar ciki da jiki suna da matuƙar muhimmanci. Gujewa wasu abinci kafin saduwa zai taimaka wajen:
    Ƙara jin daɗi
    Rage gajiya
    Inganta kusanci tsakanin ma’aurata
    Aure rahama ne, kuma kula da jiki wani bangare ne na kula da aure.
