Kana Jin Jiri Bayan Ka Tashi Tsaye Daga Kwance? Ga Abubuwan Da Ke Jawo Hakan

Idan kana kwance ko kana zaune, sai ka tashi tsaye ka ji jiri, duhu a ido ko kamar za ka faɗi — wannan ba abin wasa ba ne. Wannan yanayin ana kiransa Orthostatic Hypotension, wato saukar hawan jini lokacin da ka tashi tsaye.

Abubuwan da ke jawo hakan:

  1. Karancin jini (Low blood)
    Idan jinin jikinka ya yi ƙasa, kwakwalwa ba ta samun isasshen iskar oxygen da take buƙata, sai jiri ya taso.
  2. Rashin shan ruwa
    Idan jiki ya bushe (dehydration), jini yana raguwa, hakan na sa hawan jini ya faɗi da wuri.
  3. Yunwa ko rashin cin abinci
    Rashin glucose a jiki na iya sa kwakwalwa ta gaji, hakan na jawo jiri bayan ka tashi.
  4. Gajiya da rashin bacci
    Idan ba ka huta sosai ba, jijiyoyi da zuciya ba sa aiki da ƙarfi yadda ya kamata.
  5. Canjin yanayi ko sanyi
    Wasu mutane suna jin jiri a lokacin sanyi saboda jinin yana matsewa.
  6. Matsalar zuciya ko hawan jini
    Wasu cututtuka kamar hawan jini, ko magungunan hawan jini, na iya jawo hakan.
  7. Rashin ƙarfe (iron deficiency)

    Ciwon kirji
    Bugun zuciya da sauri
    Kumburi ko suma
    ➡ Ka gaggauta ganin likita.

    Jiri bayan ka tashi tsaye alama ce da jiki ke cewa “akwai matsala”. Sau da yawa rashin ruwa, yunwa ko gajiya ne, amma wani lokaci yana iya nuna wata babbar matsalar lafiya.

  8. Kula da jikinka — shi ne jari mafi muhimmanci.
