Kana Jin Ƙwarnafi Ko Kumburin Ciki Lokacin Azumi? Ga Mafita Mai Sauƙi

Yayin azumi, mutane da dama suna fuskantar matsalar ƙwarnafi (acid reflux) ko kuma kumburin ciki, musamman bayan sahur ko lokacin bude baki.

Wannan na iya sa mutum ya ji rashin daɗi, tashin zuciya, ko ma ciwon ciki.

Amma me ke jawo wannan matsala? Kuma ta yaya za ka magance ta cikin sauƙi?

1. Cin Abinci Mai Nauyi A Sahur

Cin abinci mai mai, yaji ko soyayye yana jawo tashin acid a ciki.

2. Kwanciya Nan Take Bayan Cin Abinci

Kwanciya bayan sahur na hana narkewar abinci yadda ya kamata.

3. Shan Ruwa Da Yawa Lokaci Guda

Wannan na iya kumbura ciki ya haifar da rashin jin daɗi.

4. Shan Kayan Sha Masu Gas

Soft drinks na ƙara kumburin ciki sosai.

5. Cin Abinci Da Gaggawa

Rashin tauna abinci sosai na jawo matsalar narkewa.

Hanyoyin Magance Matsalar

1. Rage Abinci Mai Mai Da Yaji

Ka fi mayar da hankali kan abinci mai sauƙin narkewa kamar:

Shinkafa

Kayan lambu

‘Ya’yan itatuwa

2. Ka Ci A Hankali

Ka rika tauna abinci sosai, kada ka ci da gaggawa.

3. Kada Ka Kwanta Nan Take

Ka jira akalla mintuna 30–60 kafin kwanciya bayan sahur.

4. Sha Ruwa A Hankali

Raba shan ruwa a hankali, kada ka sha da yawa lokaci guda.

5. Guji Kayan Sha Masu Gas

Ka maye gurbinsu da ruwa ko kunun lafiya.

6. Cin Abinci Kaɗan-Kaɗan

Kar ka cika cikinka sosai a lokaci guda.

Shawarwari Masu Muhimmanci

Ka guji cin abinci mai tsananin zafi ko sanyi sosai

Ka rage caffeine (kofi, shayi mai karfi)

Idan kana da ulcer, ka kula sosai da irin abincin da kake ci

Idan matsalar ta yi tsanani, yana da kyau ka ga likita

Ƙwarnafi da kumburin ciki a azumi matsala ce da ake iya magancewa idan aka gyara tsarin cin abinci da halayen rayuwa.

Da ɗan sauyi kaɗan, za ka iya jin sauƙi kuma ka gudanar da azuminka lafiya.
