Hanyoyin Rage Yawan Fitsarin Karfe 7 Na Safe Lokacin Azumi

A lokacin azumi, wasu mutane suna lura cewa suna yawan tashi fitsari da safe musamman bayan asuba zuwa kusan karfe 7 na safe.

Wannan yana faruwa ne saboda yadda jiki yake sarrafa ruwan da aka sha lokacin sahur.
