Ga Wasu Abinci Da Suke Ƙara Ƙarfin Namiji Wajen Jima’i (Ta Hanyar Halitta)

Wannan rubutu na ilimi ne domin inganta lafiyar namiji a aure. Ba ya ƙunshe da batsa. Ana ba da shawarar tuntubar likita idan akwai ciwo ko matsala ta lafiya.


Ƙarfin namiji a aure ba ya taƙaita ga jima’i kawai; yana da alaƙa da lafiya gaba ɗaya, kuzari, yanayin zuciya, da abinci.

Abinci na halitta na iya taimakawa wajen ƙara kuzari, jini ya rika gudana da kyau, da kuma inganta juriyar jiki—duk cikin tsari mai lafiya.
Abinci Na Halitta Da Ke Ƙara Ƙarfin Namiji

  1. Aya (Sesame Seeds)
    Amfani:
    Yana ƙara kuzari da juriya
    Yana taimakawa ingancin maniyyi
    Yadda ake amfani:
    A soya kaɗan a ci cokali 1–2 kullum
    Ko a nika a haɗa da kunu/miya
  2. Gargadi:
    Kada a wuce gona da iri; yana da mai
  3. Zuma (Honey)
    Amfani:
    Tana ƙara kuzari cikin sauri
    Tana taimakawa gajiya da raunin jiki
    Yadda ake amfani:
    Cokali 1 da safe
    Ko a haɗa da madara mai ɗumi da dare
  4. Gargadi:
    Masu ciwon suga su yi hattara
  5. Ayaba (Banana)
    Amfani:
    Tana taimakawa jini ya gudana da kyau
    Tana rage gajiya
    Yadda ake amfani:
    Ayaba 1–2 a rana
    Ko a haɗa da oats ko madara
  6. Gargadi:
    Kada masu ciwon suga su yawaita
  7. Kayan Kifi (Fish – musamman sardine, mackerel)
    Amfani:
    Yana ƙunshe da Omega-3
    Yana inganta lafiyar zuciya da jini
    Yadda ake amfani:
    Sau 2–3 a mako
    A soya ko a dafa cikin sauƙi
    Gargadi:
    A guji mai mai yawa
  8. Ganyen Albasa (Onion)
    Amfani:
    Yana ƙara sha’awa ta halitta
    Yana taimakawa ƙarfi da juriya
    Yadda ake amfani:
    A ci danye kaɗan da abinci
    Ko a soya a cikin miya
  9. Gargadi:
    Zai iya kawo wari; a yi amfani da hankali
  10. Madara
    Amfani:
    Tana ƙara ƙarfi da sinadarin protein
    Tana taimakawa gyaran jiki
    Yadda ake amfani:
    Kofi 1–2 a rana
    A haɗa da zuma ko aya
  11. Gargadi:
    Masu rashin jure madara su guje ta
  12. Tuffa (Apple)
    Amfani:
    Tana inganta zagayowar jini
    Tana taimakawa kuzari
    Yadda ake amfani:
    Tuffa 1 a rana
    A ci danye ko a haɗa da salak
  13. Gargadi:
    A wanke sosai kafin ci
    Abubuwan Da Zasu Ƙara Amfanin Wadannan Abinci
    Isasshen barci (awa 6–8)
    Rage damuwa da tunani mai yawa
    Motsa jiki sau 3–4 a mako
    Rage shan taba da barasa
  14. Abubuwan Da Ya Kamata A Guje Wa
    Yawan shan kayan zaki
    Abinci mai mai da yawa
    Shan magunguna ba tare da shawarar likita ba
  15. Tambayoyi Masu Yawan Faruwa (FAQs)
    Shin abinci kaɗai ya isa?
    Abinci yana taimakawa sosai, amma rayuwar yau da kullum (barci, motsa jiki, damuwa) ma suna da muhimmanci.
    Yaushe zan ga canji?
    Wasu na ganin sauƙi cikin makonni 2–4, idan ana bin tsari.
