Dalilin Da Yasa Kake Yawan Mafarkin Jima’i Kullum

Mafarkin jima’i (wet dreams ko sexual dreams) abu ne da yake faruwa ga maza da mata da dama, musamman matasa.

Amma idan ya zama kullum ko akai-akai, mutane da yawa kan fara damuwa su tambaya: “Me ke haddasa haka?”

Wannan na iya taimakawa mafarkin jima’i.

Shin Yawan Mafarkin Jima’i Matsala Ce?

A’a, ba lallai ba ne.
Amma yana iya zama matsala idan:

Yana faruwa kusan kullum

Yana sa gajiya ko damuwa

Yana rage nutsuwa ko ibada

A irin wannan hali, ya dace a kula.

Abubuwan da Zaka Iya Yi Don Rage Shi

Rage kallon abubuwan tayar da sha’awa

Kula da tunani kafin barci

Yin wanka ko alwala kafin kwanciya

Karanta addu’o’i kafin barci

Yin motsa jiki da rana

Kwanciya da ciki ba cikakke sosai ba

Idan ya ci gaba sosai, ganin likita ko masani ba laifi ba ne.

Mafarkin jima’i al’amari ne na dabi’a ga jiki da kwakwalwa.

Amma idan ya yi yawa, yana da kyau a fahimci dalilansa da kuma ɗaukar matakan da suka dace.

Fahimta tana rage tsoro, kuma kulawa tana kawo daidaito.
