Dabaru Da Za Ka Bi Kada Bakinka Ya Yi Wari Lokacin Azumi

A lokacin azumi, daya daga cikin abubuwan da mutane da yawa ke fama da shi shi ne warin baki.

Wannan yana faruwa ne saboda rashin cin abinci na tsawon lokaci da kuma raguwar yawan yawu a baki.

Amma akwai hanyoyi masu sauƙi da za su taimaka maka ka kiyaye bakinka ya kasance cikin tsafta da kamshi mai kyau.

1. Yin Wanke Baki (Brushing) Akai-Akai

3. Shan Ruwa Mai Yawa Bayan Iftar

Rashin ruwa na daya daga cikin manyan dalilan warin baki.

Saboda haka:

Ka sha ruwa sosai daga iftar zuwa sahur

Ka guji bushewar baki

—

4. Gujewa Abinci Mai Wari A Sahur

Wasu abinci na haifar da wari mai ƙarfi kamar:

Albasa

Tafarnuwa

Abinci mai mai da yawa

Ka rage amfani da su musamman kafin fara azumi.

5. Tsabtace Harshen Baki

Mutane da yawa suna mantawa da tsaftace harshensu, alhali:

Harshen baki na tara kwayoyin cuta

Wannan na haifar da wari

Ka rika amfani da tongue cleaner ko brush wajen tsaftace shi.

6. Amfani Da Mouthwash (Bayan Iftar)

Yana taimakawa:

Kashe kwayoyin cuta

Barin baki da kamshi mai kyau

Amma a yi amfani da shi ne bayan an sha ruwa (ba a lokacin azumi).

7. Gujewa Yawan Barci Ba Tare Da Tsabtace Baki Ba

Barci na iya ƙara warin baki idan baki bai kasance a tsafta ba.

Warin baki yayin azumi abu ne da zai iya faruwa, amma:

Tsafta

Shan ruwa

Da kula da abinci

duk suna taimakawa wajen rage shi sosai.

Azumi ba kawai hana cin abinci ba ne, har da kula da tsafta da lafiyar jiki gaba ɗaya.
