Abunda Da Ke Kara Karfin Maza A Gado

Abinci yana da tasiri sosai ga ƙarfin namiji a gado. Idan kana cin abinci mai kyau, za ka ga bambanci. Ga abincin da za su taimaka:


1. Kwai

  • Yana da Protein mai yawa
  • Yana ƙara kuzari
  • Yana inganta samar da maniyyi
  • A ci 2-3 a rana

2. Ayaba (Banana)

  • Yana da Potassium
  • Yana ƙara jini
  • Yana ba da kuzari nan take
  • A ci 1-2 a rana

3. Tafarnuwa (Garlic)

  • Yana inganta zagayen jini
  • Yana ƙara sha’awa
  • Yana tsaftace jiki
  • A ci 2-3 a rana

4. Albasa (Onion)

  • Yana ƙara samar da Testosterone
  • Yana inganta jini
  • A ci danye ko dafaffe

5. Zuma (Honey)

  • Yana ba da kuzari nan take
  • Yana ƙara ƙarfin jiki
  • A sha cokali 1-2 a rana

6. Gyaɗa

  • Yana da Protein
  • Yana da mai mai kyau
  • Yana ƙara kuzari
  • A ci hannu ɗaya a rana

7. Nama Ja (Red Meat)

  • Yana da Zinc
  • Yana ƙara Testosterone
  • Yana gina tsoka
  • A ci sau 2-3 a mako

8. Kifi

  • Yana da Omega-3
  • Yana inganta jini
  • Yana ƙara sha’awa
  • A ci sau 2-3 a mako

9. Citta

  • Maganin gargajiya ne
  • Yana ƙara kuzari sosai
  • Yana maganin sanyi
  • A dafa a sha

10. Madara

  • Yana da Calcium
  • Yana da Protein
  • Yana ƙarfafa jiki
  • A sha kofi 1-2 a rana

Haɗin Abinci Mai Ƙarfi

Haɗi na 1:

  • Zuma + Gyaɗa + Kwai
  • A ci safe kafin abinci

Haɗi na 2:

  • Ayaba + Madara + Zuma
  • A sha kafin kwanciya

Haɗi na 3:

  • Tafarnuwa + Zuma
  • A sha safe a kan ciki maras komai

Abubuwan Da Ya Kamata A Guji

  • Shan giya – yana rage ƙarfi
  • Shan taba – yana lalata jini
  • Abinci mai mai da yawa – yana sa jiki ya yi nauyi
  • Sukari da yawa – yana rage kuzari
  • Rashin barci – yana sa gajiya
  • Damuwa – yana kashe sha’awa

Abubuwan Da Za Su Taimaka

  • Motsa jiki – yana ƙara jini
  • Barci mai kyau – awa 7-8
  • Sha ruwa da yawa – lita 2-3 a rana
  • Rage damuwa – ka huta
  • Nisantar kiba – ka kiyaye nauyi

Lokacin Da Ya Fi Dacewa

Safe:

  • Zuma + Tafarnuwa (a kan ciki maras komai)
  • Kwai + Ayaba

Yamma:

  • Gyaɗa
  • Nama ko Kifi

Dare (Kafin Kwanciya):

  • Madara + Zuma
  • Ayaba

Sakamakon Da Za Ka Gani

Mako na 1-2:

  • Kuzari ya fara ƙaruwa

Gargaɗi

  • Kada ka wuce kima wajen cin abinci
  • Idan kana da cuta, tuntuɓi likita
  • Abinci ba magani ba ne, amma yana taimakawa
  • Ka haɗa abinci da motsa jiki

Danna nan don samun wasu sirrikan soyayya da aure

Abinci mai kyau yana da tasiri ga ƙarfin namiji a gado. Ci abinci mai lafiya, guji abubuwa marasa kyau, ka yi motsa jiki. Za ka ga bambanci cikin makonni.
