Yogurt mai ƙananan sugar

Lemon tsami, ruwan inabi, ko kayan marmari masu acid sosai

Coffee da shayi mai ƙarfi

Chocolate, coke, ko abubuwan da ke dauke da gas sosai

Abinci mai soyayya sosai (fried food)

Tips Na Musamman Don Azumi Da Lafiyar Ciki

Ci ƙananan abinci sau da yawa maimakon cin abinci mai yawa lokaci guda.

Sha ruwa sosai lokacin azumi (idan ba ya karya dokar azumi a addininka).

Guji ci da sauri, saboda hakan na ƙara matsa wa ciki.
