Abinci 10 Da Zasu Kare Ka Daga Cututtuka A Lokacin Sanyi

Lokacin sanyi na sa jiki bukatar kulawa ta musamman, musamman wajen kawowa garkuwar jiki ƙarfi. Akwai abinci da dama da ba kawai suna ƙara kuzari ba, har suna aiki tamkar magani, suna kare mutum daga mura, bushewar fata, da kuma ciwon gabobi. Ga manyan abinci goma da zaka fi amfana da su a lokacin sanyi.

  1. 1. Zogale (Moringa)*
    Zogale na kunshe da sinadarai masu ƙarfafa garkuwar jiki, musamman Vitamin C, A da E. Yana taimakawa rage mura, tari da kumburi a jiki. Sha ko cin zogale na kara kuzari a sanyi.

4. Lemu (Lemon)
Lemon na da Vitamin C mai taimakawa wajen yaƙi da mura da kuma rage alamun ciwon makogwaro. Ruwa da lemu da zuma na danne tari.

5. Madara
Madara mai ɗumi na rage ciwon gabobi, ƙara ƙashin jiki, da kawar da bushewar makogwaro.

6. Ayaba (Banana)
Ayaba na taimaka wa jiki samun potasiyom, rage rauni da gajiya da aka fi fuskanta a sanyi.

7. Tuwo Dawa da Wake
Tuwo dawa cike yake da iron da fiber, wake na ƙara ƙarfin tsoka da ƙwaiƙwayo, haka abinci ya kunshi kuzari da dumama jiki.

8. Tumatir (Soup ko Stew)
Tumatir na da lycopene, magani ne ga kumburi, yana sauƙaƙa cunkosen hanci da rage gajiya.

9. Kayan Lambu (Karas, Kabewa, Kabbarji, da sauransu)
Kayan lambu masu launin orange suna da vitamin A don kariya ga fata, idanu da numfashi, suna kuma hana bushewar sassan jiki.

10. Ruwan Zafi
Shan ruwan zafi na wanke jiki, rage kaurin jini, narkar da majina da kare fata daga bushewa da sanyin ciki.
