Sha’awa wani abu ne da Allah Ya halitta a cikin ɗan adam. Wasu mutane suna da yawan sha’awa, wasu kuma kaɗan.
Amma menene ainihin abubuwan da ke ƙara sha’awa ko rage ta?
Arewa Jazeera zai bayyana maku sirrin kimiyya, lafiya, da abubuwan da ke shafar sha’awa.
Sha’awa (libido) wani abu ne na halitta wanda Allah Ya sanya a cikin ɗan adam. Ba abin kunya ba ne, kuma fahimtar yadda sha’awa ke aiki yana da muhimmanci ga lafiya da kyakkyawar dangantaka a aure.
Wasu mutane suna da yawan sha’awa, wasu kuma suna da kaɗan. Wannan ya danganta da abubuwa da dama kamar lafiya, tunani, abinci, da yanayin rayuwa.
Abubuwan Da Ke Ƙara Yawan Sha’awa
1. Hormones (Sinadarai na Jiki)
Hormones suna da tasiri sosai wajen ƙara ko rage sha’awa.
Ga Maza:
- Testosterone shi ne babban hormone da ke jawo sha’awa
- Idan testosterone ya yi yawa, sha’awa za ta ƙaru
- Idan ya ragu, sha’awa za ta ragu
Ga Mata:
- Estrogen da testosterone (kaɗan) suna shafar sha’awa
- Lokacin ovulation (tsakiyar watan haila), sha’awa takan ƙaru
- Bayan haihuwa ko menopause, sha’awa takan ragu
2. Lafiyar Jiki
Jiki mai lafiya yana da tasiri sosai kan sha’awa.
Abubuwan da ke ƙara sha’awa:
- Motsa jiki akai-akai
- Isasshen barci (awa 7-8)
- Cin abinci mai gina jiki
- Sha ruwa isasshe
Abubuwan da ke rage sha’awa:
- Rashin barci
- Gajiya da yawan aiki
- Cututtuka kamar diabetes, high blood pressure
- Kiba ko rashin motsa jiki
3. Tunani Da Lafiyar Hankali
Hankalin mutum yana da alaƙa kai tsaye da sha’awa.
Abubuwan da ke ƙara sha’awa:
- Farin ciki da kwanciyar hankali
- Kyakkyawar dangantaka da abokin zama
- Girmamawa da daraja abokin zama
