Muhimman Amfanin Yin Saduwar Aure Sau Uku a Rana – Inganta Lafiya, Rage Damuwa da Ƙara Farin Ciki

Akwai ra’ayin da wasu ke da shi cewa yin jima’i sau da yawa a rana ba shi da amfani, amma ilimin kimiyya da na rayuwar aure sun nuna cewa saduwa akai-akai na da fa’idodi masu yawa ga ma’aurata — idan har akwai lafiya, ƙarfi da yarda daga bangarorin biyu.


  1. Ƙarfafa Jiki da Jijiyoyi*
    Jima’i na motsa jiki ta dabi’a, musamman idan an yi shi a daidaitacce. Idan ana saduwa sau uku a rana, wannan yana inganta jini da motsa jijiyoyi, yana kuma ƙara lafiyar jiki da kuzari.

2. Rage Damuwa da Ƙunci
Lokacin da ma’aurata suka kusanci juna cikin soyayya, jiki na sakin hormones kamar oxytocin da dopamine wadanda ke rage damuwa, su kawo farin ciki da kwanciyar hankali.

3. Ƙara Soyayya da Kusanci
Jima’i hanya ce ta ƙara dankon zumunci a tsakanin ma’aurata. Idan ana samun kusanci akai-akai, musamman sau uku a rana, hakan na ƙara haɗin kai da rage sabani cikin gida.

4. Taimakawa Samun Bacci da Natsuwa
Bayan jima’i, sinadarai na musamman a jiki na taimakawa mutum ya samu bacci mai kyau da kwanciyar hankali. Saduwa da safe, rana da dare kan inganta jin daɗi da natsuwa.

5. Lafiyar Zuciya da Jiki
Masana sun nuna cewa saduwa akai-akai na taimakawa rage haɗarin cututtukan zuciya da hawan jini, domin yana motsa zuciya irin yadda motsa jiki ke yi.


Abubuwan Da Yakamata A Lura Dasu:

  • Yin saduwa sau uku a rana bai dace da kowa ba, musamman idan ɗaya daga cikin ma’aurata baya jin daɗi ko yana da wata matsala ta lafiya.
  • A tabbata ana kiyaye tsaftar jiki da muhalli kafin da bayan saduwa.
  • A guji yin hakan saboda son gwaji ko ƙetare haddi; komai ayi a cikin niyyar ƙarfafa soyayya da zaman lafiya.
  • Idan ba ƙarfi, sau ɗaya ma ya wadatar — lafiya da yarda su ne ginshiƙi.

Daga Karshe:
Saduwar aure sau uku a rana ba laifi ba ne idan akwai ƙarfi, lafiya da fahimta tsakanin ma’aurata.

Abu mafi muhimmanci shi ne a kula da juna da tsafta, ayi bisa yardar Allah, kuma a daidaita rayuwar aure da girmama so da kauna.
