Hanyoyin Rage Kwannafi Da Kumburin Ciki Lokacin Azumi

A lokacin azumi, wasu mutane kan fuskanci matsalar kwannafi ko kumburin ciki musamman bayan sahur ko bayan iftar.

Wannan yana faruwa ne saboda sauyin tsarin cin abinci, yawan cin abinci lokaci guda, ko kuma wasu nau’in abinci da ke haifar da iska a cikin ciki.

Fahimtar hanyoyin rage wannan matsala na taimakawa mai azumi ya ji daɗi, ya kuma gudanar da azuminsa cikin sauƙi.

1. Rage Cin Abinci Mai Haifar da Iska

Wasu nau’in abinci na iya jawo kumburin ciki saboda suna haifar da iska a hanji. Misalan irin wadannan abinci sun hada da:

Wake

Kabeji

Kayan soyayye masu mai

Abinci mai yawan kayan yaji

Rage cin irin wadannan abinci musamman a sahur na iya taimakawa wajen rage kumburin ciki.

2. Cin Abinci A Hankali

Yawan cin abinci da gaggawa na sa mutum ya hadiye iska tare da abinci. Wannan na iya jawo kumburin ciki.

Yana da kyau a:

Ci abinci a hankali

A tauna abinci sosai kafin hadiyewa

A guji cika ciki da abinci lokaci guda

3. Shan Ruwa A Hankali

Shan ruwa da yawa lokaci guda na iya jawo jin nauyi da kumburin ciki.

Maimakon haka:

A rika shan ruwa kadan-kadan daga iftar zuwa sahur

A guji shan ruwa mai sanyi sosai bayan cin abinci

4. Gujewa Abinci Mai Yawan Mai

Abinci mai yawan mai yana daukar lokaci kafin ya narke a ciki, kuma yana iya haifar da jin nauyi da kumburi.

Yana da kyau a rage:

Abinci mai soyawa sosai

Abinci mai mai da kitse mai yawa

5. Yin Tafiya Kad’an Bayan Cin Abinci

Tafiya kadan bayan iftar na taimakawa wajen narkar da abinci da kuma rage taruwar iska a ciki.

Ba sai tafiya mai tsawo ba; mintuna 10 zuwa 15 na tafiya na iya taimakawa sosai.

6. Cin Abinci Mai Sauƙin Narkewa

Wasu abinci suna da sauƙin narkewa kuma suna taimakawa wajen rage kumburin ciki. Misalai sun hada da:

‘Ya’yan itatuwa

Shinkafa mai sauƙi

Yogurt

Abinci mai gina jiki amma ba mai nauyi ba

Kwannafi da kumburin ciki na iya faruwa ga wasu masu azumi, amma ana iya rage su ta hanyar kula da irin abincin da ake ci da kuma yadda ake cin abincin.

Cin abinci cikin tsari, rage abinci mai mai, da kuma shan ruwa cikin hankali na taimakawa sosai wajen kiyaye lafiyar ciki a lokacin azumi.
