Abincin Da Bai Dace A Sha Ruwa Da Su Nan Take Lokacin Azumi

A lokacin shan ruwa (iftar), mutane da yawa suna saurin shan ruwa tare da duk wani abinci ba tare da tunani ba.

Amma a gaskiya, akwai wasu abinci da bai kamata a haɗa su da ruwa nan take ba, domin hakan na iya jawo matsaloli ga ciki da narkewar abinci.

Ayaba

Dalili:

Yana iya jawo fermentation a ciki

Zai iya haifar da iska (gas) da kumburi

4. Abinci Mai Zafi Sosai

Misali:

Shinkafa mai zafi

Miya mai tafasa

Dalili:

Shan ruwa nan take na iya jawo matsalar ciki

Zai iya kawo ciwon ciki ko rashin jin daɗi

5. Madara Bayan Wasu Abinci

Musamman:

Bayan cin abinci mai gishiri ko mai tsami

Dalili:

Zai iya kawo rikicewar ciki

Wani lokaci yana jawo gudawa

Yadda Ya Kamata A Yi

Ka fara da dabino da ruwa kadan

Ka jira mintuna 5–10 kafin ka sha ruwa sosai

Ka guji cika ciki da ruwa lokaci guda

Ka ci abinci a hankali ba tare da gaggawa ba
