Maimakon Kayi Istimna’i Kana Azumi, Ga Abunda Zakayi

A lokacin azumi, sha’awa na iya tasowa musamman ga matasa da ma’aurata.

Wasu kan fada cikin kuskure ta hanyar istimna’i (motsa sha’awa da hannu) wanda hakan na iya karya azumi ko rage ladansa sosai.

Amma akwai hanyoyi masu kyau da za su taimaka maka ka sarrafa kanka cikin sauƙi.

1. Ka Nisanci Abubuwan Da Ke Tayar Da Sha’awa

Guji kallon hotuna ko bidiyo masu motsa sha’awa

Rage hira da ke ɗauke da kalaman soyayya masu ƙarfi

Ka kiyaye idonka da kunnuwanka

> Duk abin da ka gani ko ka ji na iya tayar da sha’awa.

2. Ka Yawaita Ibada

Karanta Al-Qur’ani

Yin zikiri

Yin addu’a

> Lokacin da zuciyarka ta shagaltu da ibada, sha’awa tana raguwa.

3. Ka Guji Kadaici

Kada ka zauna kai kaɗai na dogon lokaci, musamman a wuraren da ba kowa.

Ka kasance cikin mutane

Ka shiga harkokin alheri

> Kadaici yana ƙara tunani mara kyau.

—

4. Ka Yi Aiki Ko Ka Shagala

Ka yi aikin gida

Ka karanta littafi

Ka fita ka yi wani aiki mai anfani

> Shagala tana hana tunanin banza.

—

5. Ka Yi Azumi Da Gaske (Na Zuciya Da Jiki)

Azumi ba wai hana abinci kawai ba ne:

Ka kame zuciyarka

Ka kame tunaninka

Ka kame sha’awarka

> Wannan shi ne cikakken azumi.

—

Muhimmiyar Gargadi

Istimna’i yayin azumi na iya karya azumi a wasu ra’ayoyin malamai

Ko da bai karya ba, yana rage ladan azumi sosai

> Don haka ya fi kyau ka nisance shi gaba ɗaya.

—

Sarrafawa sha’awa yana daga cikin manyan darussan azumi.

Duk wanda ya iya hana kansa daga abin da yake so saboda Allah, yana cikin masu cin nasarar azumi.

Ka kiyaye azuminka, domin ladan sa ya fi duk wata sha’awa daraja.

—
