Yadda Za Ka Guji Baccin Mota Lokacin Tafiya (Motion Sickness)

Bacci a mota ba kawai kasala ba ne — a mafi yawan lokuta yana da alaƙa da abin da ake kira motion sickness, wato rikicewar da ke faruwa tsakanin idanu, kunne (inner ear), da kwakwalwa yayin motsi.

3. Shan ruwa sosai

Rashin ruwa a jiki yana ƙara kasala.

4. Amfani da maganin motion sickness
