Ƙara damuwa

Rage nutsuwa

Shafar kwakwalwa da safe

Shawara: Ki ba kanki mintuna 15–30 kafin ki fara amfani da waya.

4. Rashin Yin Motsa Jiki Ko Shimfiɗa Jiki

Jiki yana buƙatar motsi domin ya farka sosai.

Illa:

Kasala

Ciwo a jiki

Rage kuzari

Shawara: Ko mintuna 5–10 na stretching ko tafiya ya isa.

5. Yin Wanka Da Ruwan Zafi Sosai

Wasu mata suna amfani da ruwan zafi sosai da safe.

Rage ƙarfi na fata

Shawara: Ki yi amfani da ruwan dumi, ba mai zafi sosai ba.

6. Rashin Tsara Ranar Ki

Tashi ba tare da shirin abin da za a yi ba.

Rikicewa

Rashin inganci

Gajiya da wuri

Shawara: Ki tsara abubuwan da za ki yi ko da a zuciya ne.

Yadda mace ta fara ranar ta yana da tasiri sosai ga lafiyarta da walwalarta.

Sauye-sauye kaɗan na iya kawo babban bambanci a rayuwa.
