Abubuwan Da Ke Kawo Kasala Da Gajiya Ga Mai Azumi

Azumi ibada ce mai girma, amma wasu lokuta mutane kan ji kasala, gajiya, ko rashin kuzari yayin yini.

Wannan na iya shafar ayyukan yau da kullum da ibada.

Tashi sahur ba tare da hutu mai kyau ba

👉 Rashin barci yana daga cikin manyan dalilan kasala.

4. Yawan Aiki Ko Nauyin Jiki

Yin aiki mai nauyi sosai yayin azumi

Rashin hutu

👉 Jiki yana buƙatar hutu musamman a lokacin azumi.

5. Rage Matakin Sukari A Jiki

Jiki yana rasa kuzari saboda babu abinci

Wannan yana iya sa jiri da gajiya

👉 Wannan al’ada ce ga masu azumi amma ana iya rage ta da sahur mai kyau.

6. Damuwa Da Tunanin Yawa

Yawan damuwa yana rage kuzari

Yana sa mutum ya ji kasala ko rashin ƙarfi

> Kwanciyar hankali yana taimakawa jiki sosai.

7. Rashin Motsa Jiki Ko Yawan Zama Wuri Guda

Zama ba tare da motsi ba yana rage kuzari

Jiki yana zama “lazy”

> Ƙananan motsa jiki kamar tafiya na taimakawa.

Hanyoyin Rage Kasala Da Gajiya Lokacin Azumi

✔️ Sha ruwa sosai bayan buda baki
✔️ Ci abinci mai gina jiki a sahur
✔️ Samu isasshen barci
✔️ Guji yawan damuwa
✔️ Rage nauyin aiki mai yawa
✔️ Yi ƙananan motsa jiki

Kasala da gajiya a lokacin azumi ba abin mamaki bane, amma ana iya magance su.
