Abincin Sahur Da Ke Saurin Kawo Gajiya Da Kasala Da Rana

Sahur yana da matuƙar muhimmanci a lokacin azumi.

Amma abin mamaki, wasu nau’ikan abinci da mutane ke ci a sahur su ne ke janyo gajiya, kasala, da rashin ƙarfi a rana.

Idan kana jin kasala ko gajiya sosai yayin azumi, wataƙila abincin sahur ɗinka ne matsalar.

1. Abinci Mai Yawan Suga (Sugar)

Tea mai sukari da yawa

Cake, biscuits, sweets

Dalili:
Suna bada kuzari na ɗan lokaci, amma bayan haka sai jiki ya faɗi (energy crash).

2. Abinci Mai Soyawa (Fried Foods)

Kosai

Soyayyen dankali

Nama mai mai

Dalili:
Suna da nauyi a ciki kuma suna janyo kasala da bacci.

3. Abinci Mai Gishiri Da Yawa

Indomie mai gishiri

Kayan miya masu gishiri

Dalili:
Yana ƙara ƙishirwa da rana.

4. Shayi Mai Yawan Caffeine

Tea mai ƙarfi

Coffee mai yawa

Dalili:
Yana hana jiki riƙe ruwa, yana kuma janyo gajiya daga baya.

5. Abinci Mara Gina Jiki (Empty Calories)

White bread kawai ba tare da protein ba

Snacks kawai

Dalili:
Ba sa daɗe suna baka kuzari.

6. Cin Abinci Da Yawa Fiye Da Kima

Dalili:
Yana sa jiki ya yi nauyi, ya kuma janyo kasala da bacci.

Abin Da Ya Kamata Ka Ci A Sahur (Madadin)

Abinci mai protein (ƙwai, wake, kifi)

Abinci mai fiber (oats, shinkafa mai brown, kayan lambu)

‘Ya’yan itatuwa

Ruwa mai yawa

Idan kana son ka yi azumi cikin ƙarfi da kuzari, ka kula da abincin sahur ɗinka.

Guje wa waɗannan abinci zai taimaka maka rage kasala, gajiya, da ƙishirwa a rana.
