Abubuwan Da Suke Ƙara Wa Mai Azumi Lafiya

Azumi ba kawai ibada ba ne, har ila yau hanya ce ta gyaran jiki da lafiyar zuciya.

Amma domin cin gajiyar wannan ni’ima, akwai wasu abubuwa da ya kamata mai azumi ya kula da su.

A wannan rubutu, za mu bayyana wasu muhimman abubuwa da ke taimakawa wajen ƙara lafiyar mai azumi.

Abubuwan Da Suke Ƙara Lafiya Ga Mai Azumi

1. Shan Isasshen Ruwa

Ruwa yana da matuƙar muhimmanci:

Yana hana dehydration

Yana taimakawa narkewar abinci

Yana rage gajiya

Shawara: Sha ruwa a hankali tsakanin buda baki da sahur.

2. Cin Abinci Mai Gina Jiki

Ka mayar da hankali kan:

‘Ya’yan itatuwa

Kayan lambu

Abinci mai dauke da protein

Wannan yana ba jiki ƙarfi da kuzari na tsawon yini.

3. Fara Buda Baki Da Sauƙi

Dabino da ruwa sune mafi kyau

Kada ka cika ciki lokaci guda

Wannan yana taimaka wa ciki ya saba da abinci a hankali.

—

4. Yin Barci Isasshe

Rashin barci na iya jawo:

Gajiya

Ciwo kai

Rashin kuzari

Ka tsara lokacin barci yadda ya dace.

—

5. Gujewa Abinci Mai Mai Da Yawa

Abinci mai mai:

Yana jawo kasala

Yana iya haifar da matsalar ciki

—

6. Yin Motsa Jiki Mai Sauƙi

Tafiya bayan buda baki

Motsa jiki mai sauƙi

Yana taimakawa jini ya rika gudana yadda ya kamata.

7. Yawaita Addu’a Da Zikiri

Lafiyar zuciya na da muhimmanci kamar ta jiki:

Yana kawo natsuwa

Yana rage damuwa

—

8. Cin Abinci A Sahur

Kada ka bar sahur:

Yana ba ka ƙarfi na yini

Yana rage yunwa da ƙishirwa

—

Darasi Mai Muhimmanci

Azumi dama wata dama ce ta gyara rayuwa gaba ɗaya—jiki, zuciya da tunani.

Duk wanda ya kula da waɗannan abubuwa, zai ji sauƙin azumi da ƙarin lafiya.

—

Lafiyar mai azumi tana hannunsa. Da ɗan kulawa da tsarin abinci, ruwa, da ibada, za ka iya yin azumi cikin sauƙi da annashuwa.

Allah Ya ba mu lafiya, Ya karɓi ibadunmu baki ɗaya.
