Dalilin Da Yasa Zuciyar Ka Ki Tashi Idan Kana Azumi

Wasu mutane suna lura cewa yayin azumi suna jin:

Kasala sosai

Jiri

Zuciya kamar tana bugawa a hankali

Wani lokaci kamar zata tsaya

Wannan na iya zama abin tsoro, amma sau da yawa akwai dalilai masu sauƙi da ke haddasa hakan.

1. Ƙarancin Ruwa a Jiki (Dehydration)

Lokacin azumi, jiki na rasa ruwa ta zufa da fitsari. Idan ba a sha ruwa sosai tsakanin iftar da sahur ba, jini na iya raguwa kaɗan, wanda ke sa bugun zuciya ya canza.

Abin yi:
Ka sha ruwa mai yawa bayan buda baki har zuwa sahur.

2. Ƙarancin Sugar a Jini (Low Blood Sugar)

Idan sugar ta sauka sosai, zaka iya jin jiri, kasala, da bugun zuciya ya ragu ko ya rikice.

Wannan yafi faruwa ga:

Masu ciwon sukari

Mutanen da ba sa cin abinci mai gina jiki a sahur

3. Ƙarancin Gishiri Ko Ma’adanai (Electrolytes)

Potassium da sodium suna taimakawa bugun zuciya ya kasance daidai. Idan sun ragu, zaka iya jin canji a bugun zuciya.

4. Ƙarancin Jini (Anemia)

Karancin jini na rage iskar oxygen da ke isa ga zuciya, wanda ke iya sa ka ji zuciya kamar ba ta aiki yadda ya kamata.

5. Gajiya Da Rashin Isasshen Barci

Yawan ibada da rashin barci a Ramadan na iya sa jiki ya gaji, wanda ke shafar bugun zuciya.

Ka nemi likita idan kana jin:

Ciwon kirji

Wahalar numfashi

Faduwa ko suma

Bugun zuciya yana rikicewa sosai

Yadda Za Ka Kare Kanka

✔ Ka ci sahur mai gina jiki (hatsi, kayan lambu, ‘ya’yan itace).
✔ Ka rage kofi da abubuwan caffeine.
✔ Ka sha ruwa sosai tsakanin iftar da sahur.
✔ Ka huta sosai ka samu isasshen barci.

Sau da yawa dalilin da yasa zuciya ke canzawa lokacin azumi yana da alaƙa da ruwa, abinci, da gajiya.

Amma idan alamomin sun yi tsanani, kada ka yi wasa da lafiyar zuciya — ka je asibiti.
