Yin mafarki wani abu ne na al’ada da ke faruwa ga kowa yayin barci. Amma wasu mutane suna yin mafarki da yawa har yana sa su tambaya ko akwai wata matsala. A gaskiya, mafarki yana faruwa ne lokacin da kwakwalwa ke aiki yayin da jiki yake hutawa. Idan mafarki ya yi yawa, akwai wasu dalilai da ka iya haifar da hakan.

Dalilan da ke sa mutum yin mafarki da yawa

1. Damuwa da yawan tunani

4. Cin abinci kafin kwanciya
Cin abinci mai nauyi ko mai yaji kusa da lokacin barci na iya motsa jiki da kwakwalwa, wanda ke haifar da mafarki da yawa.

5. Matsalolin lafiyar kwakwalwa
Wasu matsaloli kamar damuwa mai tsanani ko tashin hankali na iya ƙara yawan mafarki.

Shin yin mafarki da yawa yana da haɗari?

Hanyoyin rage yawan mafarki

  • Samun isasshen barci (awa 7–8 a rana)
  • Rage damuwa ta hanyar motsa jiki ko shakatawa
  • Guje wa amfani da waya kafin kwanciya
  • Kada a ci abinci mai nauyi da dare
  • Yin addu’a ko karatu mai natsuwa kafin barci

Yin mafarki da yawa yawanci abu ne na al’ada. Amma kula da lafiyar barci da rage damuwa na taimakawa wajen samun barci mai kyau da kwanciyar hankali.
