Abun Da Ya Fi Dacewa Tsakanin Namiji Da Mace Idan Sun Kamu Da Son Junansu

Wasu lokuta, maza na iya fuskantar rauni a ƙarfin jima’i ko ƙarancin ni’ima.

Uwargida na iya taka rawa wajen taimakawa mijinta ta hanyar itatuwa da kayan gargajiya da ake haɗawa domin ƙarfafa lafiya da ni’ima.

Muhimmancin Taimako Daga Uwargida

Uwargida na iya kasancewa mataimaki na musamman wajen kula da lafiyar mijinta ta hanyoyi kamar:

1. Sanin abin da ya dace da mijinta – Daga itatuwa zuwa kayan ganye da ake amfani da su a gargajiya.

2. Hada magani cikin kulawa – Yin amfani da kayan abinci, itatuwa, da ganye cikin tsari mai lafiya.

3. Tsafta da daidaito – Tabbatar cewa maganin da aka haɗa ba zai cutar da jiki ko lafiya ba.

Itatuwa da Kayan Ganye Masu Taimakawa

Wasu daga cikin itatuwa da kayan gargajiya da aka tabbatar suna taimakawa wajen ƙara ƙarfin namiji da ni’ima sun haɗa da:

Zogale: Yana ƙara jini a jiki da kuma ƙarfafa tsokoki.

Ayaba: Yana ƙara kuzari da jini mai kyau, kuma yana taimakawa wajen lafiyar zuciya.

Ruwan kwakwa: Yana da sinadarai masu taimakawa wajen karfin jima’i.

Habbatussauda (Black seed): Ana amfani da shi wajen ƙarfafa lafiya da ƙarfin jiki.

Ganyen goro ko ganye na musamman: Ana amfani da su wajen taimakawa ƙarfin jiki da lafiyar jima’i.

Uwargida na iya hada waɗannan kayan cikin abinci ko shayi da zai kasance lafiya ga mijinta.

Yadda Za a Yi Amfani da Su

1. Shayi ko decoction (tafa a ruwa)

A tafasa ganye ko itatuwa a ruwa mai tsafta.

A barshi ya huce kafin sha.

2. Haɗawa cikin abinci

Ana iya yayyafa ganye ko man ganye a cikin abinci kamar miya ko sauce.

A tabbatar an yi amfani da kima mai kyau, kada ya yi yawa.

3. Amfani da man ganye

Man habbatussauda ko man hulba a kalla a yi amfani da ɗan ƙaramin cokali, ba fiye ba.

Ana amfani da shi akai-akai amma a hankali don guje wa illa.

Muhimman Abubuwan Lura

Kada a haɗa kayan da ba a san su ba ko kuma sinadarai marasa lafiya.

A guji shan magani da yawa lokaci guda.

Idan mijin na da matsala ta musamman ko rashin lafiya, ya kamata a tuntuɓi likita kafin amfani da kowane magani.

Kula da lafiyar jiki gaba ɗaya zai taimaka wajen samun sakamako mai kyau.

Uwargida na iya zama babban taimako wajen ƙarfafa ƙarfin jima’i da ni’ima ga mijinta ta amfani da itatuwa, kayan gargajiya, da magunguna masu tsafta.

Yin amfani da waɗannan hanyoyi cikin hankali da tsari zai ƙara lafiya, ƙarfafa soyayya, da samar da kusanci mai ɗorewa tsakanin ma’aurata.
