Abinci 8 Da Ke Inganta Lafiyar Maniyyi: Sirri Ga Masu Son Samun Juna Biyu

Samun juna biyu ba kawai yana hannun mace ba; lafiyar namiji—musamman ingancin maniyyi—na taka muhimmiyar rawa.

Abinci mai kyau na iya ƙara yawan maniyyi, ƙarfinsa, motsinsa (motility) da kuma rage lalacewar kwayoyin halitta.

Wannan rubutu zai bayyana abinci 8 da likitoci ke ba da shawara, tare da tunatarwa ta addini game da kula da jiki a matsayin amana.

Lafiyar maniyyi ta haɗa da:

Yawa (count)

Motsi (motility)

Siffa (morphology)

Ƙarfi da rayuwa (viability)

Abinci mai gina jiki yana taimaka wa wadannan bangarori duka.

Abinci 8 Da Ke Inganta Lafiyar Maniyyi

1. Kifi Mai Mai (Salmon, Sardine)

Kifaye masu omega-3:

Suna ƙara motsin maniyyi

Suna inganta tsarin kwayoyin halitta

Suna rage kumburi
Shawara: sau 2–3 a mako.

2. Kwai

Kwai na ɗauke da:

Protein

Vitamin E (kariyar maniyyi daga lalacewa)
Yana taimakawa ƙarfafa kwayoyin maniyyi.

3. Goro (Walnuts, Almonds)

Goro na ɗauke da:

Zinc

Selenium

Antioxidants
Wadannan na ƙara yawan maniyyi da lafiyarsa.

4. Ayaba

Ayaba na da Vitamin B6 da potassium:

Suna taimakawa hormones

Suna ƙara ƙarfi da kuzari

5. Koren Ganye (Alayyahu, Ugu, Kabeji)

Suna ɗauke da:

Folate (Vitamin B9)

Iron
Wadannan suna taimaka wa kwayoyin maniyyi su kasance masu ƙarfi.

6. Zuma (Natural Honey)

Zuma:

Tana ƙara kuzari

Tana taimaka wa hormones

Tana rage gajiya
Shawara: cokali 1–2 a rana (ba wuce gona da iri).

7. Tumatir (Tomato)

Tumatir na da Lycopene:

Antioxidant mai ƙarfi

Yana inganta siffar maniyyi

Yana rage lalacewa ta zafi da guba

8. Madara da Yogurt

Suna da:

Calcium

Vitamin D
Wadannan suna taimakawa motsi da ƙarfi na maniyyi.

Abubuwan Da Ya Kamata A Guje Wa

Don inganta sakamako, a rage:

Shan taba sigari

Yawan giya

Abinci mai mai da gishiri da yawa

Yawan zafi a jiki (dogon zama a wurin zafi)

Ra’ayin Addinin Musulunci

Musulunci ya koyar da kula da jiki a matsayin amana:

> “Kada ku jefa kanku cikin halaka.” (Al-Baqarah: 195)

Cin abinci mai kyau, guje wa cutarwa, da neman haihuwa ta halal ibada ce idan an yi da niyya mai kyau.

Shawarwari Ga Masu Son Samun Juna Biyu

1. A haɗa abinci mai gina jiki da motsa jiki

2. A rage damuwa (stress)

3. A yi bacci isasshe

4. A nemi shawarar likita idan an jima ba a samu juna biyu ba

Abinci na taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen lafiyar maniyyi.

Ta hanyar zaɓar abinci mai kyau, namiji na taimakawa kansa da iyalinsa wajen cimma burin samun juna biyu.

Ilimi, daidaito, da tsoron Allah su ne mabuɗan aure mai albarka.
