
Awara na ɗaya daga cikin abinci a nan Arewa mafi ƙima amma mutane da yawa basu san muhimmancinta ba. Ga dalilin da ya sa, ya kamata ka saka awar a cikin jerin abincin ka na yau da kullum:
- Tana dauke da sinadarin furotin mai dinbin yawa (Protein):
– Awara tana ƙara ƙarfi, tana taimakawa tsokokin jiki, ƙashi, da jiki gaba ɗaya.
– Musamman ga masu cin abinci ba tare da nama ba, awara madadin nama ne.
- Ƙarancin mai da cholesterol:
– Tana rage haɗarin ciwon zuciya, hawan jini inji wasu bincike
- Tana ƙunshe da sinadarai masu hana ciwon daji (Isoflavones):
– Bincike ya nuna waken soya (wanda ake yin awarar ) na rage haɗarin kansar nono da prostate.
- Taimako wajen narkar da abinci:
– Awara bata da nauyi ga hanji, tana taimakawa masu fama da matsalolin ciki.
- Amfani ga ƙashi da hormones :
– Isoflavones a awara na taimakawa mata bayan sun shiga menopause wajen rage raunin ƙashi (osteoporosis).
Abun Lura:
– Kada ka yi amfani da mai mai yawa wajen soyawa, domin hakan zai rage fa’idarta.
