Yadda Sumbata Ke Iya Ba Mace Jin Daɗi Fiye Da Jima’i Wani Lokaci

Gargaɗi: Wannan labari na ma’aurata ne kawai, kuma an rubuta shi ne domin ilmantarwa, kyautata zamantakewar aure, da ƙarfafa fahimtar juna cikin ladabi da mutunci.



Mutane da yawa suna ɗauka cewa jima’i kaɗai ne hanyar da mace ke samun kololuwar jin daɗi.

Amma binciken ilimin halayyar dan Adam da na lafiyar aure ya nuna cewa sumbata—idan aka yi ta da hankali, tausayi da kulawa—na iya ba mace jin daɗi mai zurfi, har wani lokaci ya fi jima’i tasiri.


Me Ya Sa Sumbata Ke Da Tasiri Mai Ƙarfi?


Kusanci na Zuciya (Emotional intimacy):
Sumbata tana haɗa zuciya da jiki lokaci guda. Wannan kusanci na motsin rai yana sa mace ta ji ana sonta, ana kulawa da ita, ba wai ana gaggawar kaiwa ga abu ɗaya ba.
Sakon Tsaro da Natsuwa:
Lokacin da mace ta ji natsuwa da amincewa, jikinta na amsawa da sauri. Sumbata mai laushi na aika sako ga kwakwalwa cewa “ina lafiya,” wanda ke ƙara jin daɗi.
Aikin Hormones:
Sumbata tana ƙara sakin oxytocin (hormone na soyayya da kusanci) da dopamine (hormone na farin ciki). Wannan haɗin hormones na iya haifar da jin daɗi mai zurfi ba tare da an kai ga jima’i ba.
Shirya Jiki da Hankali:
Ga mata da dama, sumbata ce ke fara “tashar jin daɗi.” Idan aka yi ta a hankali, tana shirya jiki da tunani, ta rage tsoro, ta ƙara sha’awa cikin salo mai daɗi.
Ƙwarewar Hankula (Sensory experience):
Taɓa leɓɓa, jin numfashi, kamshi, da sautin zuciya—duk suna haɗuwa su ƙara jin daɗi. Wannan haɗin hankula wani lokaci ya fi sauri da ƙarfi fiye da motsin jiki kaɗai.
Lokutan Da Sumbata Ke Fi Tasiri
Lokacin da mace ke gajiya ko damuwa
Bayan hatsaniya, domin dawo da kusanci
A farkon dare ko kafin barci
Lokacin da ba a shirye ga jima’i ba amma ana buƙatar kusanci
Abin Da Miji Ya Kamata Ya Lura Da Shi
Kada a yi gaggawa
A yi sumbata cikin tausayi, ba da ƙarfi ko tilas ba
A kula da numfashi da tsafta
A saurari yadda matar ke amsawa (ta jiki da ta kalma)

Abun Lura Shine:
Sumbata ba ƙaramin abu ba ne a aure. A wasu lokuta, tana iya ba mace jin daɗi mai zurfi fiye da jima’i, domin tana gina kusanci, amincewa da soyayya.

Ma’aurata su koyi darajar wannan fasaha mai sauƙi amma mai ƙarfi, su yi amfani da ita cikin ladabi da fahimtar juna.
