Yawancin mutane suna ganin sanya underwear lokacin bacci a matsayin al’ada, amma a fannin lafiya da zamantakewar aure, masana sun nuna cewa yin bacci ba tare da underwear ba na da fa’idoji masu yawa musamman ga ma’aurata.

Lokacin da jiki bai matse da tufafi ba:
jijiyoyi suna hutawa
jini yana yawo cikin sauƙi
barci yana zama mai zurfi
Barci mai kyau yana da alaƙa da:
ƙarfin jiki
daidaituwar hormones
da ƙara kuzari a aure.
- Yana ƙara kusanci tsakanin ma’aurata
Lokacin da miji da mata suka kwanta ba tare da underwear ba:
suna jin kusanci
runguma tana da tasiri
jiki yana jin dumin juna
Wannan yana ƙarfafa:
soyayya
amincewa
da jin an haɗu da juna sosai.
- Yana taimakawa daidaituwar hormones
Barci cikin kwanciyar hankali yana taimakawa hormones kamar:
oxytocin (hormone na soyayya)
melatonin (hormone na barci)
Wadannan suna ƙara:
jin daɗi
natsuwar zuciya
da sha’awar aure.
