Idan Azzakarin Ka Baya Mikewa Lokacin Da Ka Tashi Daga Bacci – Ga Magani

Matsalar rashin mikewar azzakari da safe (morning erection) lokacin da mutum ya tashi daga bacci lamari ne da ke damun maza da yawa.

5. Ciwon Sukari (Diabetes)
Ciwon sukari yana shafar jijiyoyi da tasoshin jini, wanda zai iya haifar da matsalar mikewa.

6. Kiba (Obesity)
Yawan kitse a jiki yana rage testosterone kuma yana hana guduwar jini.

Hanyoyin Magani

1. Gyara Abinci

  • Ci abinci mai gina jiki kamar: kwai, kifi, nama, wake, gyada
  • Rage cin abinci mai mai da sukari
  • Sha ruwa mai yawa

2. Motsa Jiki

  • Yi motsa jiki aƙalla minti 30 a rana
  • Tafiya, gudu, ko wasan ƙwallon ƙafa suna taimakawa
  • Kegel exercises suna ƙarfafa tsokoki na azzakari

3. Samun Isasshen Barci

  • Yi barci awa 7-8 a kowace rana
  • Ka kwanta a lokaci ɗaya koyaushe
  • Ka guji wayar salula kafin barci

4. Rage Damuwa

  • Yi addu’a da zikiri
  • Ka guji yawan tunani
  • Ka sami lokacin hutu

5. Bar Shan Taba da Barasa
Wadannan suna lalata lafiyar azzakari. Ka bar su gaba daya.

6. Duba Likita
Idan matsalar ta ci gaba, ka je wurin Likita.
