Yawan maza suna fuskantar wani yanayi inda suke jin sha’awa sosai amma azzakari bai tashi ko bai yi ƙarfi kamar yadda ake so ba.

Wannan abu ne da yake faruwa a rayuwar mutane da yawa, kuma yawanci yana da alaƙa da tunani, jiki ko yanayin rayuwa, ba wai rashin namiji ba.

  1. Kwakwalwa ce ke fara kunna azzakari
    Ko da kana jin sha’awa, idan kwakwalwarka tana cikin:
    damuwa
    tsoro
    fargaba
    ko matsin tunani
    to siginar da ke sa jini ya shiga azzakari tana iya yin rauni. Wannan na iya hana shi mikewa yadda ya kamata.
  2. Gajiya da rashin barci
    Rashin isasshen barci ko yawan aiki na iya rage:
    ƙarfin hormone na namiji (testosterone)
    kuzarin jiki
    amsawar jijiyoyin jini
    Wannan yana iya sa azzakari ya kasa tashi ko ya fadi da wuri.
  3. Damuwa game da gamsar da mace
    Wasu maza suna shiga kusanci da tsananin tunanin: “Ko zan iya faranta mata rai?” “Ko zan iya tsayawa?”
    Wannan tsoro kansa na iya toshe amsawar jiki.
  4. Matsalar jini ko lafiyar zuciya
    Azzakari yana bukatar isasshen jini don ya mike. Idan mutum yana da:
    hawan jini
    ciwon sukari
    kiba
    shan taba
    wadannan na iya rage gudun jini zuwa azzakari.
  5. Hormone na iya raguwa
    Idan testosterone ya ragu, sha’awa da ƙarfinsa kan ragu. Wannan na iya faruwa saboda:
    tsufa
    damuwa
    rashin motsa jiki
    ko wasu magunguna
  6. Matsalar tunani (performance anxiety)
    Idan mutum ya taɓa fuskantar faduwa a baya, yana iya shiga gaba da tsoro, wanda ke hana jiki yin abin da ya kamata.
    Abin Da Zaka Iya Yi
    Ka rage damuwa da tunani
    Ka yi barci sosai
    Ka rage shan taba, barasa da muggan abubuwa
    Ka yi motsa jiki
    Ka ci abinci mai kyau
    Ka yi kusanci da matarka cikin kwanciyar hankali ba tare da tsoro ba
    Idan matsalar ta daɗe, ganin likita abu ne mai kyau.
    Daga Karshe:
    Jin sha’awa amma azzakari ya kasa mikewa ba alamar gazawa ba ce. Yana nuna cewa jiki da kwakwalwa ba su aiki tare a wannan lokacin. Da kulawa, hutu, da fahimta, yawancin maza suna dawowa da ƙarfi kamar da.
